Sellers are gearing up to get into the market this spring, historically the most popular time to list and this year is no different. So don’t despair, home buyers! You DO have a chance to own a home or upgrade or size down this year!!  I have about 12 properties coming down the pike, including in Gig Harbor, Bonney Lake, Eatonville (maybe, ha!), Tacoma, several in Olympia, Seattle, and even Silverdale. This month I’m focusing on cleaning out inventory and helping buyers! 😉  Plus I’ve got a really upscale home in a gated community at the Tacoma Narrows Bridge area. It’s beautiful!  Then there’s a really impressive 3 bed/2.5 bath home in a lovely, well-maintained neighborhood in Roy. Surprised?! I was too! It’s such a neat little town with tucked away homes.

We’re off to a great start!  In the Olympia/Tumwater area we have a 2000+SF single family home coming up UNDER $400,000!  Plus, Spanaway (just south of Tacoma) has another big house coming up the first week of January. All way way out in Belfair, WA, I have a charming manufactured home on its OWN LAND coming up soon and it’s UNDER $200,000. Wow! ALL of these sellers will pay just 3% maximum to sell their property.

Wow! The last month of the year. Are you relieved? LOL! I’m believing for better things to come for 2021. 🙂  I’m working on a special project but have the following underway: a SWEET little starter home in Tacoma (Parkland to be exact) that has the works: remodeled, AIR-CONDITIONING, upgraded insulation, gas heat, and so much going for it! Stay tuned. Also, all the way up in Edmonds is a custom remodeled rambler just waiting for you to finish it off.

Is it November already?!  Yes, the quicker 2020 ends, the better! LOL Up for sale is a well-designed rambler with income-producing cottage in Parkland (Tacoma).  A sweet one-owner rambler in Lacey.  A nice little flat vacant land in Edgewood.  PLUS, a well-designed manufactured home on 5 acres in secluded Gig Harbor (but not too far away!).  Aaaand, another two-story newer starter home with really nice touches in Lacey.
