This month I’m focusing on cleaning out inventory and helping buyers! 😉 Plus I’ve got a really upscale home in a gated community at the Tacoma Narrows Bridge area. It’s beautiful! Then there’s a really impressive 3 bed/2.5 bath home in a lovely, well-maintained neighborhood in Roy. Surprised?! I was too! It’s such a neat little town with tucked away homes.

All way way out in Belfair, WA, I have a charming manufactured home on its OWN LAND coming up soon and it’s UNDER $200,000. Wow! ALL of these sellers will pay just 3% maximum to sell their property.

Wow! The last month of the year. Are you relieved? LOL! I’m believing for better things to come for 2021. 🙂 I’m working on a special project but have the following underway: a SWEET little starter home in Tacoma (Parkland to be exact) that has the works: remodeled, AIR-CONDITIONING, upgraded insulation, gas heat, and so much going for it! Stay tuned. Also, all the way up in Edmonds is a custom remodeled rambler just waiting for you to finish it off.
