About Daisy

Hello! I’m Daisy. I’m a full-time, fourth-generation real estate broker (perhaps longer as my surname means “little houses”! Ha!). I grew up in a household that revolved around real estate right here in Washington State where I grew up. As such, I know how to listen and ask the right questions to help you realize your real estate goals – whether that’s your first home or first investment property.  [Go straight to Real Reviews here! Education & Work Experience

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Marylhurst University in Portland, Oregon, but I believe the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom is a lifetime endeavor not limited to the classroom. My insatiable curiosity lead me to explore several professional fields, including website design and marketing, accounting, and most recently multi-family and commercial property management. I don’t regret any of these experiences because, on a personal and professional level, I gained skills applicable to real estate sales and investments.

Buying and selling a home is often an emotional event. I’m a highly analytical person with a strong interest in psychology. As such, I don’t ignore how my clients are feeling about the entire process; rather, I bring calm to the entire business of getting you through your real estate transaction.

Shopping for a Real Estate Agent?

Don’t ask, “How many years of experience do you have?” Ask, “How many transactions did you perform last year?” WHY? The vast majority of people with a real estate license don’t work at all in real estate or represent buyers/sellers in ONLY 4 transactions per year. They might do this for 20+ years! Four transactions per year isn’t even part-time work. So don’t be fooled — ask about the number of transactions, not years!

The Importance of Hiring a Real Estate Broker

Although technology has radically changed real estate by making SO much information available for free online, real estate is still a broad field with many state and federal equal housing laws in which both broker and homeowners must abide. Failure to do so can come with steep fines. As your broker, I am essentially your personal project manager in the coordination of one of the biggest purchase and sale one can make. I take that responsibility seriously and want it to be as smooth and accurate as possible for you. I am fiercely loyal to my clients!
